We are from Hungary.
We were very excited when we arrived in Prague. At home everybody said that Prague is a very nice city therefore we were really looking forward to experiencing the Checz feeling. Soon we met the hosting families then we talked with them and gave them some presents. Next day we explored their school and we found it interesting with the bright colours. Then we went to the mayor's office where we could get information about the city. In addition we could have a visit to the Goya exhibition and it was a bit frightening. Later we had the chance to taste school canteen:D. After that we had rehearsal then we had some free program in the city. Most of the project members were involved and it was cool. The next day began with rehearsal and in the afternoon we had an amazing sightseeing tour. We saw the most tipical building of old Prague. We had the chance to do some shopping as well.
The premier performance of the Saladbowl was in Prague. It was in a culture house and it's offered us great technical equipments.
Each and every country had to play one day of the week. We found that every country has a different point of view. Somebody preferred to show us their countries's traditions while others spoke about school life. During our performance we had some mistakes but fortunatelly nobody noticed them.
In Hungary our performances were very different because in music school had no curtains and special lights. In fact these performances were presented on stage at our language day.
We made friendships and got great memories from our tours! Everybody enjoyed them and we hope to meet with these nice people in the future sometimes.
But we will keep in touch anyway.
